Coteaux du Layon 1er Cru Chaume AOC 2014
At Chaume, the very distinctive soil enables a perfect match between concentration of flavours (apricots, pineapple) and a fresh finish. Exceptional with veined cheeses; consider it for a romantic dinner and also for a birth gift for its laying-down potential of several decades.
Undoubtedly, the most complex of our range of wines, which has enabled it to win the hearts of the sommeliers of the finest restaurants including: Guy Savoy*** (Paris), Georges V** (Paris), Anne de Bretagne** (Pornic), Passage 53 ** (Paris), Albert 1er**(Chamonix).

Coteaux du Layon 1er Cru Chaume 2013
"A beautiful straw yellow colour. A nice range of aromas dominated by hints of quince and baked apple. The whole is ripe without heaviness. The mouth is generous, smooth but balanced. A great sharp freshness comes to handle the sugars. This allows to reveal a digest and harmonious wine ; not an easy task for this type of wine. The finish in mouth seduces by its Victoria pineapple flavours."
